New Additions from Historical Commission

The Pepperell Historical Commission scanned antique images of Pepperell from the archives at the Lawrence Library.  The images include old businesses that existed in town in the past, the Covered Bridge, railroad photos, early 1900 views of Main Street and more.  We will continue to add images to this archive over time.  

The images can be enlarged to approximately 12x18 inches and some will enlarge to 16x20 inches but may lose detail or require cropping.  We hope that these offer reflection upon our history and help create a memorable and lasting impression of Pepperell.   Please contact the Commission if we can be of assistance at

In addition to Pepperell's rich history leading up to and during the Revolutionary War era, the Town Clerk's records mark several pivotal moments in Pepperell's history:
