Systems Administration

The Information Systems Department provides internal support to all Town Departments for computerized systems, network infrastructure and telephone requirements.

The mission of the Information Systems Department is to maximize existing 
resources regarding technology and provide direction and guidance in implementing new technology to enhance performance and produce better services for the Town of Pepperell.

Responsibilities


  • Provide extensive services to government, public safety and DPW within the town:
  • Systems and software - design, purchase, training and implementation
  • Internet services
  • Wide area, local area and wireless networking
  • Email services
  • Website hosting
  • Network and data security
  • Telephone services
  • Computer and peripheral support
  • 24x7 on call support for public safety departments
