This class is a new take on high intensity interval training. Participants will work to capacity in 2-3 minute increments, with 30 second recovery. This intense workout is designed to push participants to their limit and beyond, however all exercises are easily modifiable to accommodate different fitness levels. You will work within your own limits and capacity, with the ability to increase your intensity as you feel able.
**Minimum 4 registered to run class.**
