7:20 PM Continuation of Public Hearing Re: Seven Notices of Intent filed by Etchstone Properties for a proposed subdivision under a Comprehensive Permit in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40B. One Notice of Intent will include the roadway, supporting infrastructure, utilities and stormwater for work within jurisdictional areas under the MA WPA for the project referred to as Birch Drive Extension, which has been identified as Assessor Map 14, Parcels 37, 214-215, 219, 227-230. Six individual Notices of Intent will include proposed work for Lot 11 (14-37, 227, 230), Lot 12 (14-37, 225-227, 230), Lot 13 (14-37, 223, 224, 226), Lot 14 (14-37, 222-224), Lot 15 (14-37, 217, 218, 222), and Lot 19 (14-37, 209 & 216) within jurisdictional areas under the MA WPA.
