PRESENT:      Selectmen Lyndon B. Johnson, Joseph A. Sergi and Patrick McNabb; Robert Hanson, Town Administrator; Peggy Mazzola, Administrative Assistant; Toby Tyler, Peter Shattuck and Jonathan Kinney, Board of Fire Engineers

Discussion involved the possibility of purchasing a piece of property in Town to house the ambulances.  Mr. Sergi stated he would not be able to support the purchase at this time given the financial issues facing the Town.  Mr. McNabb stated he would need more information before he could make a determination.  Mr. Johnson stated that if the Fire Engineers could investigate the property further and determine what needs to be done he may support the proposal.

At 7:45 P.M., Mr. McNabb moved to exit the executive session and return to open session.  Mr. Sergi seconded.  A roll call vote was taken as follows:
