PRESENT:     Selectmen Joseph A. Sergi and Patrick J. McNabb; John Moak, Town Administrator

The Board met at the North Middlesex Regional High School at 6:00 PM to attend the school finance sub-committee meeting and public hearing regarding the NMRSD FY ’11 school budget. 

ADJOURNMENT: Mr. McNabb departed at 7:15 PM, after which there was no longer a quorum of the Board.
