Present: Selectmen Patrick J. McNabb, Joseph M. Hallisey III and Joseph A. Sergi; Town Administrator John Moak.

Mr. Sergi called the meeting to order on Monday, May 3 at 7:15 PM.  By unanimous vote, the Board reorganized as follows:  Chairman: Patrick J. McNabb, Clerk: Joseph M. Hallisey III.  The board discussed the Town Administrator budget for FY 2010 and FY 2011 and confirmed to leave the numbers as submitted.

The Selectmen’s meeting segued into Town Meeting at 7:30 PM, and, at 11:10 PM, the meeting was adjourned until 7:15 PM on Tuesday, May 4.

At the meeting of May 4, 2010, the Board unanimously voted to recommend a transfer of funds within the Police Department budget.  The Selectmen’s meeting segued into Town Meeting at 7:30 PM, and, at 10:30 PM, the meeting was adjourned.
