Board Information:
The Cable Television Advisory Committee is appointed by the Board of Selectmen to assist with encouraigng them in providing the residents of the town of Pepperell a source of mediation and resolve between the subscriber and Charter Communications.
Procedure for submitting comments or complaints:
Cable television complaints should first be addressed to Charter Communications. Be sure to document the date, time, the person you spoke with, and specify that this is a complaint. If you are not satisfied, forward a copy of your documentation with a statement of your problem and the results to the Cable Television Advisory Committee.
