MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER:
Mr. Themelis called the meeting to order at 7:10pm.
VOUCHERS:
· Payroll vouchers were endorsed. (01/31/09; 02/07/09)
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
· The Board M/S/V to approve the minutes of January 12, 2009.
BUILDING &/OR OCCUPANCY PERMITS:
· The Board agreed to have Mr. Themelis sign the Building Occupancy permit for 16 Village Road.
ANR PLANS:
· None
APPOINTMENTS/HEARINGS:
· None
ACTION ITEMS:
· SP2000-04 – Heald Street Common Drive
Mr. Kane read a letter from Bob Lee that confirmed original as-builts were accepted but the changes that were the result of wetland violations had not been approved on any plan and therefore it would be best to await until Conservation has issued their certificate of compliance to insure the work was done according to their order. The Board agreed that once the compliance had been issued that they would then vote to accept the as-builts.
· Review of Proposed Zoning Amendments
The Board reviewed the proposed amendments. There were a few minor changes in the Home Occupations and the Multi-family to be made. Copies of the final proposed amendments are to be sent to the town departments for comments prior to the hearing date.
· Schedule Proposed Zoning Amendments Public Hearing
The Board scheduled a public hearing for 7:15pm on March 9, 2009.
CORRESPONDENCE & DISCUSSION:
Correspondence was reviewed. Mr. McHugh read a letter of complaint from Shawnee Road.
CLOSE MEETING:
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned.
