The by-laws and documents found below are provided as a service to Town residents and other interested parties.  The town makes no promises or guarantees about the accuracy, currency, completeness or adequacy of the contents of these by-laws, and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in their contents.  In any situation where the official printed publications of the Town differ from the text contained in this website, the official printed publications shall take precedence.  Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, official printed copies of the general and zoning by-laws are maintained in the office of the Town Clerk.

*The amendments adopted at the 2009 Annual Town Meeting were approved by the Massachusetts Attorney General as of September 10, 2009 and certified by the Pepperell Town Clerk on October 1, 2009. However, zoning by-law amendments are effective as of the date of the Town Meeting Vote. Therefore, any applications received since the ATM, May 4, 2009, shall be subject to the amended by-laws.
