Credit card / electronic check payments are now accepted with Online Transfer Station Permit* transactions. 

• Permits are available by mail, in person at the Transfer Station, or by appointment at the DPW office. Permits are not available for purchase at Town Hall.

* Our Online Permitting System is ViewPoint Cloud (VPC).  

What Does This Mean for You?

• To apply for and manage your permits, you need an account in VPC.
• If you already have a VPC account that you use in another town, you can use that account to access your Pepperell permits.
• If you don't see your permit under your account, you can access it by permit number.  You should have received an email containing your permit number.

Transfer Station Permits are available to Pepperell Residents only and are required to access all Transfer Station services including trash disposal and recycling. Additional items may require a separate fee. Annual permits are valid April 1 to March 31 and must be renewed each year. New permits are available beginning March 1.

Transfer Station Permits must be affixed to the driver's side (lower left) corner of windshield. Permits are issued to one registered vehicle.

Transfer Station Permit Application 2023-2024

Permits are available by mail**, in person at the Transfer Station, or in person at the DPW Office***, 47 Nashua Rd (Lomar Park).  Transfer Station permits are NOT available for purchase at Town Hall. 

** When ordering permits by mail, please mail the renewal application & payment in a separate envelope to Transfer Station, PO BOX 319, Pepperell, MA 01463.  Please do not combine mailing with utility payments. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.  

*** When purchasing permits in person at the DPW Office, please note payment methods accepted are checks made payable to "Town of Pepperell" or exact cash only.

Full-year permit pricing for April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024:

$96.00 valid through March 31, 2024 (includes $1 handling fee)
$76.00 for Seniors (age 60 and over - includes $1 handling fee) 
$20.00 for One day use pass
$20.00 Replacement Permits (MUST be accompanied by the old Sticker)
