Nashua River Islands

Location: Nashua River (North of South St. - Rte 119).

These islands in the Nashua River range in size depending on water level, but all have limited spots to land a canoe or boat.

Access is strictly by boat. Use one of several boat launches: the Mass Division of Fisheries and Wildlife land in Pepperell on the Nashua River south of Rt. 119.; the J. Harry Rich launch across the bridge in Groton; or one of two conservation commission canoe launches in Pepperell
