Municipal Lien Certificates may be obtained by mail, or in person, via written request. The cost is Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each parcel. Please make the check payable to: Town of Pepperell. A self-addressed stamped envelope must be included for return mail. The mailing/street address is:
