Notary Public

Notary Public services are available at the Town Clerk's office during office hours. Its recommended you call the office to confirm a notary is available.  The office is located on the first floor of the Pepperell Town Hall and no fee is charged to notarize documents. You must present a valid photo id at the time the service is provided, such as; a drivers license, firearms license or United States Passport.

The week leading up to an election;  notary services are suspended to focus on preparation for the election.  Notary services will resume the second day after the election.

Please note that Last Wills and Testaments, Health Care Proxies, Massachusetts Land Transactions, Out of Country Documents along with Employment I-9 forms will not be notarized.  If your document requires witnesses, you must bring witnesses with you to the notarization.
