This Employee Manual has been designed to help new and current employees familiarize themselves with the policies, procedures and business culture of the Town. This Manual includes the most recent policies and procedures and are in keeping with the values and goals of the Town of Pepperell.

We are committed to fair and equitable treatment of employees in accordance with established polices. This Manual is designed to be the primary reference document for communicating and interpreting human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
We will always try to give employees notice when a policy or benefit is expected to be changed. The regulations and benefits required by law will always remain in force. In addition, any provision in this Manual found to be unenforceable and invalid, will not invalidate the entire Personnel and Policy Manual, but only that particular provision.
