Approval is requested from the Pepperell BOH to allow a reduction in the requisite Groundwater offset from 4 feet to 2 feet with use of the Presby Enviro-Septic Waste Water Treatment System.
52 Shattuck Street - Request for Approval - Sewage Disposal System Upgrade:
Special Approvals required: 1.310 CMR 15.405(1)(h): Reduction of the required 4 foot separation between the estimated seasonal high ground water table the bottom of the leach area (3 foot separation is proposed).
