Starting January 5th, Tai Chi Saturdays 9:30 AM to 10:30 at the Pepperell Senior Center. Tai Chi Instructor Andy Donovan will have Saturday morning sessions. Donation~ $5 per session. Sitting or standing, you can achieve balance.
