Lawrence Library and the Albert Harris Center present
The 1940s were the golden age of the American Songbook, and this living history performance/concert "Love Letters from the Front" will take you back in time to 1940-45 when American GI's were sending off letters to their spouses and loved ones.
Wendee Glick and Bob DiCicco will showcase some of those letters with songs from that era as backdrop. Come take time out to honor those brave men and women who fought valiantly for our country during that tumultuous time.
