Please join, Janet Hoffman, Care Supervisor from “Always There Homecare” while she brings you through a guided meditation. Think of it as Spring Cleaning for your thoughts, your mindset and gaining clarity. 

What to bring: You and an open mind. 

Janet is a longtime resident of Pepperell and knows the one and only, Al Harris. She is a wealth of knowledge when it come to navigating home health and aging in home. She has been on a healing journey since 2014, she has found meditation and now is teaching the value of meditation to peers, colleagues and elders.
