TOWN CLERK UPDATE ON VOTE BY MAIL BALLOTS

Good morning,

I wanted to update anyone whom has requested either absentee ballots or early voting-by-mail ballots that we finally received our delivery of ballots from the State Elections Division Tuesday at 4:30pm. With nearly 3,000 requests for vote by mail ballots I am pleased to announce that all requests have been processed and mailed as of 11am today.

In regards to how to return them...you can hand deliver them to the Town Clerk's Walk-Up window (located to the right of the mailbox on Main Street) Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm or Friday 8am-1pm, you can leave them in the drop box on the lower level parking lot or the drop box next to the door on the upper level, the drop boxes are checked frequently including weekends. You can also return them by mail which the State has pre-paid postage for the voters.

Should you have any questions you can call the office if necessary or send an email to clerk@town.pepperell.ma.us.. Additionally here is a ballot return checklist for you as well:

Thank you,

Brynn Montesanti

Town Clerk
