The Town of Pepperell Planning Department is looking for input from the public through a survey on Accessory Apartments (also known as Accessory Dwelling Units or ADUs).  We currently allow Accessory Apartments by Special Permit, but are exploring the possibility of revisions. An account is needed to complete the survey, but the survey itself is anonymous.
