May 09, 2019 - The Pepperell DPW is reporting a billing issue that has impacted approximately one-half of the water, sewer and stormwater quarterly bills which were issued a billing date of May 2nd. The DPW will be reissuing corrected bills to all affected customers by May 13th. The DPW is asking that all water/sewer/stormwater customers refrain for one week from paying their most recent bill to allow for any corrected bills to be delivered. If you receive a corrected bill, you are asked to disregard the May 2nd bill. Payments already made and received for incorrect bills will be credited on a customer’s account. Additional time will be granted for those customers who receive corrected bills.
