April 14, 2019, 10:00 AM @ Nissitissit River at the Prescott Street Bridge
1st Natural History Walk of 2019 - Sunday, April 14 at 10:00 AM, Nissitissit River at the Prescott Street Bridge – Sponsored by the Town of Pepperell Conservation Commission and the Nashoba Conservation Trust
Is Spring Coming? Are there signs of spring appearing outside?
Join Pat Swain Rice for a natural history walk on trails near the Nissitissit River at the Prescott St. Bridge on Sunday, April 14, 10 AM to noon-ish. We will look for signs that spring might be coming. No pretty wildflowers promised, or maybe not even anticipated, but the wood frogs are calling and skunk cabbage leaves and flowers are visible in some swamps.
Rain or shine! Parking will be along Prescott St. We’ll have signs up.
