Veteran's Services

The Town of Pepperell is proud to support the veterans and families who are part of our community. Through the Veterans Service Officer (VSO), we offer free, confidential assistance to veterans and eligible dependents. Helping you access the benefits, resources, and support you’ve earned.

The VSO is here to guide you through a wide range of services, including completing and filing government forms, navigating VA benefits, and submitting claims. As an accredited representative through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the VSO can advocate on your behalf and help ensure you receive the assistance you deserve.

We also assist with Massachusetts Chapter 115 benefits, a state program that provides financial assistance for eligible veterans and their dependents, including help with basic living expenses such as housing, food, and medical care. Our goal is to make sure no veteran in our community goes without the support they need.

We aim to meet you where you are:

  • Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are encouraged

  • The VSO may be out in the community assisting residents, attending trainings, or participating in local events

  • Flexible appointment options are available, including in-person, phone, virtual, and home visits for those who are housebound

Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or continuing your journey, Pepperell Veterans Services is here to serve you with respect, compassion, and a strong commitment to our local veteran community
