The phones in the Town Clerk's office are not able to receive calls or make calls outside of Town Hall.  Incoming calls hear a busy signal.  We are working on fixing the problem.  In the meantime, please send an email to jsurvell@town.pepperell.ma.us until the issue is resolved.
