NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PEPPERELL

In accordance with the provisions of MGL, Ch. 40A, Sec. 11, the Pepperell Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 7:15p.m. at Town Hall, 1 Main St., Pepperell, MA 01463 on the application of Green 1A Investments, LLC, 1A Auto Parts, 8 Chapel Place, Pepperell, MA 01463 for a Site Plan Review for a proposed office building and a Special Permit for a business or professional office in the Industrial District, an accessory use of a childcare facility in a new structure, variance in height limitations, and reduction in parking requirements to be located at the former paper mill site at 128 Main Street/23 Mill Street as shown on Assessors’ Map 26 Lot 32 & 206 in the Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts as required by Section 9400, Section 4300, Section 5100, and Appendix A of the Protective Zoning Bylaw. Any person interested in the application may appear at the time and place designated or may review copies of the application and any associated plans in the Office of the Town Clerk or Planning Board during regular business hours or at www.town.pepperell.ma.us. Special services, assistance, or accommodations may be made available by contacting the Planning Board at least one week prior to the scheduled hearing date. Persons unable to attend may submit comments in writing.
