If you work in or close to Pepperell during the day, please consider joining your neighbors and fellow townspeople as a volunteer firefighter or firefighter/EMT. No experience is necessary. Training and good comradery are provided.
For more information about training or requirements, please contact the Fire Department.

Pepperell 4th of July Committee Needs New Members
Our Independence Day Celebration (which is always the first Saturday in July) is one of Pepperell's proudest days of the year! Our Gala boasts one of the area's best parades as well as family fun activities and a fireworks demonstration that is the envy of the region. In as much as it's a really fun day for the community, this day is the result of a year's worth of hard work and very careful planning by the group of volunteers on the Pepperell 4th of July Committee. This is no small task and we are always looking for volunteers to either join the committee or even volunteer on a one event basis. We have both committee members and friends of the Pepperell 4th, who are unable to make the full commitment, but help at the events in which they are available.
This year, more than ever, the 4th of July Committee needs new members to help with aspects of planning, fundraising, and volunteering on the day of the festivities. Please contact the President, Carol Gates at (508) 954-2786 or by email at pepperell4thofjulycommittee@yahoo.com.
